A young man playing Holi in Masturi was shot by a battalion soldier with an air gun. There was a commotion in the area after the incident. The bullet hit the young man's chest. The injured has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The police have arrested the accused in the same case.
According to the information, this matter is from Malhar Chowki area of Masturi. Here a minor dispute broke out between a battalion soldier and a youth Piyush Singh over some issue. During this, the soldier lost his temper and fired at Piyush Singh with the air gun. The bullet hit the youth directly in the chest and he fell on the ground. After which the young man was immediately admitted to the hospital for treatment. The accused who opened fire is Pulakesh Napit, who is posted in the second battalion Sakri of Chhattisgarh Armed Forces. Malhar police has arrested the accused soldier Pulakesh. Police is busy in further action.
