    Ram Kumar Yadav, Surguja. The dispute over land grabbing took a violent turn in Patkura Gram Panchayat of Kunni Chowki area of ​​Ambikapur. There was a fierce fight between the two groups with sticks and axes, in which more than a dozen men and women were injured. All the injured were referred to Medical College Hospital after first aid at Lakhanpur Community Health Centre.

    According to the information received, the matter between the two parties started over the occupation of 5 acres of government land. Both groups clashed with each other claiming this land, due to which the dispute turned violent. As soon as information about the incident was received, police reached the spot and FIR was registered against both the parties.

    Surguja ASP Amolak Singh Dhillon told that there are two families between whom there was already enmity over land dispute. Meanwhile, on October 2, at around 4 pm, an argument took place between the two families, in which an FIR has been registered against both the parties at Kunni Chowki. Action is being taken in this matter.
