State President Kiran Dev has given a statement on the action of the raid of the ED’s house of former CM Baghel. He said that there was widespread corruption in the Congress government. ED takes action on the basis of source. If any kind of defect is found, then there will be definite guilty. If you have not done anything, there should be no fear, the ED is an independent investigative agency. Where there is a disturbance, it investigates.
Charandas Mahant attacks BJP
Leader of Opposition Charandas Mahant tweeted on X and wrote, Chhattisgarh is another example of the national character malice politics of the ruling BJP at the house of former Chief Minister AICC National General Secretary Bhupesh Baghel. The BJP is using agencies like ED, IT, CBI to intimidate and suppress the leaders of the opposition and misuse government agencies for its political benefit, which is a threat to democracy, it is a wrong tradition.
Charandas Mahant said that all the Congressmen are with Bhupesh Baghel and are not afraid of it, Bapu’s guidance is the people who believe in truth non -violence and will defeat this struggle.
Attack on democracy is not tolerated: TS Singhdev
Former Deputy Chief Minister TS Singhdev said that we strongly oppose the malicious action taken by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) working as B-Tim of the Bharatiya Janata Party against our former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. This is a direct murder of democracy and a planned attempt to suppress the voice of the opposition. He said that I myself have left for Bhilai in protest against this injustice.
