    Raipur, October 7, 2025 / A special campaign named “Bastar Rising” is set to begin on October 8, as a joint effort of the Public Relations Department of the Chhattisgarh Government and the District Administration of all districts in the Bastar division. This two-week campaign will be organized in all seven districts of the Bastar division.

    The objective of this campaign is to showcase Bastar’s cultural, environmental, and entrepreneurial capabilities at the national level. During the campaign, dialogues, workshops, and cultural programs will be organized between experts, youth, artisans, and local communities.

    The “Bastar Rising” caravan will visit Keshkal, Narayanpur, Kondagaon, Sukma, Dantewada, Bijapur, Chitrakot, Barsur, and Jagdalpur. During this period, special focus will be placed on the potential related to Bastar’s art, handicrafts, agriculture, tourism, sports, and education.

    The campaign will conclude in Raipur in the form of “Harmony Fest 2025,” which will showcase Bastar’s inspirational stories, innovations, and cultural heritage. This event will be based on the theme “Dil Mela – Dil Mein La.”
