    Bilaspur. In the Balodabazar violence case, the Chhattisgarh High Court has given great relief to 112 youth of Satnami society. Justice N.K. While hearing Vyas’s single bench, all these accused have been granted bail. Earlier, more than 60 accused in this case have been released on bail, but many accused are still lodged in Central Jail. At the same time, on Thursday, the Supreme Court has also granted bail to the Congress MLA Devendra Yadav, who is jailed in the same case.

    On Thursday, the Bhim Army went out to besiege the CM House to demand the release of the people of Satnami community in the Balodabazar violence case. A large number of Bhima Army workers and people of Satnami society attended this demonstration.

    Please tell that on January 29, more than 15 accused, including the state president of Bhima Army, got bail from the High Court. In this case, an accused has earlier got bail from the Supreme Court, on the basis of the same, the accused had applied to the High Court, which has been approved.

    Let us know that on the intervening night of 15 and 16 May 2024, some anti -social elements vandalized the revered Jaitkham of the religious place of Satnami society in Girodhpuri Dham. While taking action in the case, the police arrested three accused. The people of the society were dissatisfied with this action of the police and were demanding a judicial inquiry. After which Home Minister Vijay Sharma announced a judicial inquiry. On June 10, thousands of people gathered near the Collectorate to protest against the sabotage in Jaitkham and created a ruckus. Where the performance turned violent. After which the miscreants set the collector and SP office on fire. In this violent incident, government properties had suffered a huge loss of Rs 12.53 crore. The administration took action in the case and arrested 187 people in 43 cases.
