Ministry of Water Assets, Chhattisgarh has given administrative approval of Rs. 1 crore 46 lakh 22 thousand to Leader Engineer Mahanadi Godavari Cachar Raipur for Seoni tar dam renovation and canal lining paintings underneath Arang building block of Raipur district. With the recovery of this tar dam and canal lining, it’s going to be capable to provide water for irrigation in a complete space of 210 hectares but even so assembly the shortfall of 108 hectares in its designed irrigation capability.
