Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, met with officers in Delhi to commend them on the success of recent anti-Naxal operations in Chhattisgarh. He expressed the Modi government’s resolve to rid India of the Naxal menace. The operations were carried out by security forces in Chhattisgarh, with a key operation in the Abujhmad region from May 18 to May 21.
