    Prime Minister Narendra Modi commenced his two-day Assam visit on Saturday, arriving in Guwahati. Significant project inaugurations and groundbreakings, totaling over 19,000 crore rupees, are planned for Sunday. The Prime Minister will then travel to Kolkata from Jorhat Airport. The Indian women’s hockey team advanced to the final of the Women’s Asia Cup in Hangzhou, despite a draw against Japan. The final match, against China, is scheduled for Sunday. A win will secure qualification for the upcoming World Cup in Belgium and the Netherlands. In Nepal, developments are expected regarding the expansion of the interim government’s cabinet.
