Meanwhile, a Congress Working Committee meeting is scheduled for today in Patna, with a focus on the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections and reported voting irregularities. This CWC meeting in Patna is a historic event, happening after 85 years, and for the first time since India gained independence. Previous such meetings occurred in Patna in 1912, 1922, and 1940. The Congress headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram, has increased security measures.
