A violent clash at the Farakka Block Development Office (BDO) in West Bengal has ignited a fierce political storm. BJP leaders have demanded the deployment of central forces to probe the incident, accusing local authorities of shielding the perpetrators.

BJP state spokesperson Samik Bhattacharya slammed the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government, labeling the violence as a direct result of administrative failure. ‘This is lawlessness under Mamata Banerjee’s rule.
