Gandhinagar is gearing up for a significant political event as Bharatiya Janata Party’s national president Nitin Nabin embarks on his first official tour to the state from February 20 to 22. This three-day visit marks a pivotal moment for the party, coming soon after Nabin assumed the top leadership role.

Gujarat BJP state president Jagdish Vishwakarma announced the detailed itinerary, highlighting Nabin’s engagements in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The young leader, at just 45 years old, is set to become the youngest-ever national president in the party’s history, injecting fresh energy into its cadre-based structure.

On February 20, Nabin arrives at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at 12:30 PM, greeted by enthusiastic party workers and leaders. His afternoon schedule includes a meeting with MPs and MLAs at GSC Bank in Naranpura, Ahmedabad. Later that evening, he heads to Infocity in Gandhinagar for a crucial budget meeting, interacting with industrialists, chartered accountants, entrepreneurs, doctors, and representatives from various associations.

The next day, February 21, begins early with a visit to Sabarmati Riverfront at 6 AM for local outreach activities. By 8:45 AM, Nabin will offer prayers at the historic Bhadarkali Mata Temple in Ahmedabad. He then proceeds to the BJP state office in Gandhinagar to address state office-bearers, organizational leaders, and grassroots workers. A dedicated session with the party’s social media team underscores the focus on digital outreach.

In the afternoon, Nabin will speak at the Young Voice Summit in GIFT City, India’s pioneering international financial tech hub, engaging with young entrepreneurs and startup founders. The day culminates at GMRC Hall in Ahmedabad, where he will inspire booth-level workers at a major conference.

On February 22, the visit wraps up with a community listening session at 10:45 AM in Khadiya, Ahmedabad, for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio program. Nabin departs for Delhi shortly after.

Vishwakarma emphasized the party’s commitment to its ideals, citing the rise of leaders like PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah as testaments to organizational strength. This tour aims to bolster internal coordination and public engagement across Gujarat, setting the tone for future initiatives.
