IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav addressed a youth dialogue in Nirmali, Supaul, Bihar, organized under the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ campaign, coordinated by Kumar Bhagwat. He expressed his strong positive outlook, observing the enthusiasm of the participating students. Vaibhav called on them to take active steps to build a developed Bihar by 2047, contributing to the vision of a developed India, by focusing on education and entrepreneurship.
He noted the encouraging impact of the ‘Let’s Inspire Bihar’ initiative even in remote areas. Sharing the Vedanta messages, he explained the importance of understanding the perspective of Bihar’s ancestors. Vaibhav asserted that progress requires transcending differences based on caste, community, gender, and ideology, fostering unity among individuals.
He emphasized that a developed Bihar is crucial for India’s overall development by 2047, envisioning a Bihar where education, employment, and healthcare are readily accessible. He advocated drawing inspiration from the past, overcoming divisions, and contributing with the principles of education, equality, and entrepreneurship.
‘Let’s Inspire Bihar,’ with over 250,000 members, has become a significant social movement for Bihar’s development. It has established 27 free centers in 14 districts of Bihar and involves over 600 startups. More than 50,000 individuals have benefited from over 300 free health camps organized by doctors.
Furthermore, numerous social activities are being organized. The ‘Developed Bihar @ 2047’ vision was launched at the Startup Summit 2025. The aim is to establish chapters in every panchayat by 2028, and in each district, support the establishment of at least five startups, which will collectively employ more than 100 individuals through the campaign. Achieving the set targets necessitates efforts at every level.
