Tejashwi Yadav, reacting to Swami Rambhadracharya’s claim that Manusmriti is the first constitution of India, labeled it as treasonous. Speaking at a TV9 Digital Bihar event, Yadav questioned the treatment of various social groups in the Manusmriti. He asserted that the Indian constitution was established by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and that those who support Manusmriti are against the constitution. Furthermore, he criticized Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, stating that Kumar’s party will not survive after the elections. Yadav also commented on the SIR issue, claiming it was an attempt to disenfranchise the poor and that the Supreme Court’s decision to include Aadhaar as a mandatory document was a victory. He accused the government of plagiarism regarding its schemes.
