Tejashwi Yadav’s Convoy Involved in Accident in Vaishali, Bihar: Leader Safe

Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, a prominent figure in the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), was involved in a near-miss accident early Saturday morning. A speeding truck collided with two vehicles in his convoy near Goraul in Vaishali district. Yadav was returning to Patna after a political event in Madhepura. The convoy had stopped for a break on the Patna-Muzaffarpur highway around 12:30 AM. While Yadav was a short distance away, the truck struck the vehicles of his security detail. Fortunately, Yadav’s personal vehicle was not affected, and he escaped unharmed. Three security personnel were injured in the crash and received immediate medical attention at a nearby hospital. Tejashwi Yadav visited the injured officials, demonstrating his concern for their well-being. The injured officials are now reported to be in stable condition, with minor injuries. The truck driver was apprehended at the scene, and the vehicle was taken into custody by local authorities. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident, including the possibility of speeding or driver fatigue.
