In a violent act, RJD leader Rajkumar Rai was murdered in Patna on Wednesday night. The shooting occurred in the vicinity of Rajendra Nagar Terminal, specifically on lane number seventeen. The Patna East SP Parichay Kumar confirmed that the police have CCTV footage of the incident and are investigating the case from every perspective. Rai was a politically active figure and engaged in land transactions. After being shot, he entered a nearby shop but died on the way to the hospital. Police recovered six shell casings from the scene.
