    Pashupati Kumar Paras, previously a minister in the Modi government, has officially ended his alliance with the NDA. He plans to contest the upcoming Bihar assembly elections in partnership with the Grand Alliance. Speaking from his residence in Patna, Paras stated his belief that the current political environment in Bihar is deteriorating. He criticized the Nitish Kumar government, accusing it of failing to address rising crime and corruption. Furthermore, Paras alleged the central government and NDA allies are aware of their impending defeat. He also criticized the Election Commission’s electoral practices and the central government’s policies.
