Oath of Sobriety: 22,000 New Bihar Police Constables Pledge Alcohol Abstinence

Bihar Police welcomed approximately 22,000 new constables on Saturday. The recruits received their appointment letters from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. During the ceremony, the new constables took an oath to abstain from alcohol for their entire lives. They also swore to strictly enforce Bihar’s prohibition laws.
