Yadav emphasized his unwavering commitment to democracy, highlighting past sacrifices and a pledge to continue the fight for its preservation.
Tejashwi Yadav, also an RJD leader, criticized the BJP for its alleged misuse of constitutional institutions and vowed to defend the right of the people to vote. He announced the commencement of the ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ on August 17th, a 16-day event covering approximately 1300 kilometers, with public interactions planned in over 20 districts, culminating in a gathering at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on September 1st.
