The events unfolded in Bhatchak village, under the Town police station area. The woman, previously married to Sawan Kumar alias Commando and mother of three children, became involved with her nephew, Deepak Kumar. Prior to this, she had been married for seven years.
Family members expressed their disapproval, leading to significant conflict. Despite the husband’s attempts to reason with her, emphasizing their children’s well-being, the woman chose to leave. The couple then proceeded to marry in a simple ceremony.
