In Begusarai, during a TV9 Digital Baithak, Union Minister Giriraj Singh addressed Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s claims of vote theft, criticizing his leadership. Singh mentioned Gandhi’s voter rights journey and highlighted the alliance between Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, referring to them as the heirs of their political legacies. He contrasted their privileged backgrounds with the opportunities they’ve had, suggesting that without their family connections, they wouldn’t have gained recognition. Singh criticized Gandhi for failing to provide an affidavit to the Election Commission, branding him as a non-serious and confused leader.
Singh also discussed ongoing developments in Bihar and Begusarai under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. He mentioned the significant financial contributions made to projects and highlighted the infrastructure investments, including the crude oil pipeline from Haldia. He dismissed opposition claims, stating the region experiences both industrial growth and electoral success. Singh also discussed the importance of infrastructure and the progress in rail, road, and water transport. The minister pointed out that the formula for special status has ended, but PM Modi has given 1.25 lakh crore. He remarked that those who criticize development are like those who enjoy certain things but avoid the consequences.
