In a shocking event, RJD leader Rajkumar Rai was shot dead in Patna late Wednesday. The shooting happened at approximately 10 PM near Rajendra Nagar Terminal. Law enforcement officials are investigating the incident, including analysis of CCTV footage. Rai was involved in politics and land transactions. After the initial shots, he entered a nearby shop, but died while being transported to the hospital. The police have recovered several shell casings from the crime scene.
