The student alleges that the instructor, identified as Rakesh Yadav, engaged in repeated instances of harassment and inappropriate behavior. The victim has also accused Kuldeep Singh, the owner of the coaching center, and his friend Sonu Chodhary of harassing her. The victim reported that Singh and Chodhary pressured her into filming the instructor, with the aim of extorting 20 lakh rupees from him. They threatened her life if she did not comply, resulting in the creation of the compromising video.
Kuldeep Singh is accused of distributing the video, which has caused significant emotional distress to the victim. The police are pursuing legal action against the accused, as well as those who disseminated the video via social media and YouTube. The police investigation is ongoing, with efforts focused on arresting the suspects, including the coaching instructor, the landlord, and his associate.
