    A chaotic situation unfolded at the Mahnar Community Health Center in Vaishali, Bihar, as two inebriated men created a disturbance, assaulting doctors, healthcare workers, and security personnel. The men also vandalized the premises. Police, responding to the incident, were also attacked. The incident started when the two men, who were injured, arrived at the Community Health Center seeking medical attention. Following the incident, the police took the men into custody. One of the men, Mantu Rai, a resident of Ganiyari, Desri police station area, was reportedly injured in a motorcycle accident.

    The attackers damaged hospital property, including chairs, benches, and OPD items. The injured included Dr. Arun Kumar, the medical officer, security personnel Rana Pratap Singh, Anand Mohan, Kailas Paswan, Gopal, and Dinesh Paswan. According to Dr. Arun Kumar, the two patients became aggressive during treatment, verbally abusing and physically assaulting the staff. Guards who intervened were also attacked. The men had been in an accident before arriving. Police were called to the scene. When officers tried to arrest them, the men turned violent towards the police. The injured men received medical care under police supervision. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
