    The Bihar Police have arrested a man who impersonated an IPS officer and was involved in extorting money from people in Patna. The individual, named Asrar Ahmed, was apprehended by the Phulwari Sharif police. Ahmed would falsely claim to be an ADG-rank officer to intimidate victims. He is alleged to have been involved in several cases of fraud, with one of the victims being a government employee. The police are currently investigating the extent of his fraudulent network, seeking information on potential victims. Ahmed is currently in judicial custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
