In Sitamarhi, a man’s scheme to deceive the court has resulted in an FIR. Rahman Mian presented a fabricated school transfer certificate in an attempt to protect his son and establish his minority. The court, however, recognized the deceit, leading to legal repercussions.

Rahman Mian, residing in Bhulli, Parsauni police station area, is now facing an FIR. His son, Firoz, is involved in a case, with an FIR filed at the Mahila Thana, Sitamarhi. To aid his son, Rahman submitted the forged school transfer certificate.

The Juvenile Justice Board reviewed the evidence and determined the school transfer certificate was fraudulent. This finding led to the board ordering an FIR against the father. The false certificate was submitted to the Juvenile Justice Board. After reviewing the presented information, the board found it to be a fake. Following the board’s order, a clerk initiated an FIR at the Dumra police station.

The current FIR identifies Rahman Mian as the accused. To prove his son’s minority, Rahman presented what he claimed was a school transfer certificate from the middle school of Parsauni block. However, the headmaster of the middle school testified before the board, revealing the truth. The headmaster stated that Firoz was never enrolled in the school and the certificate presented was entirely fabricated and was not issued by the school.
