Bihar’s political landscape is buzzing following Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s recent visit. BJP state president Sanjay Saraogi dropped a bombshell statement post-visit, declaring that every time the Home Minister graces Bihar, landmark decisions follow. ‘Something massive is on the horizon this time too,’ he asserted confidently.
During the tour, Shah issued critical directives that promise concrete actions ahead. Saraogi spotlighted the pressing issue of Bangladeshi infiltration and encroachments in the Seemanchal region. He revealed orders to clear illegal occupations extending nearly 10 kilometers inland, underscoring the urgency of border security.
The BJP leader emphasized the central government’s ironclad commitment to eradicating terrorism and Naxalism completely, alongside deporting intruders from within the nation. National security remains the top priority, with robust measures in full swing.
On rumors of carving out Seemanchal as a separate state, Saraogi dismissed them outright, calling it mere political rhetoric with no basis in reality. He had no knowledge of any such proposal, he clarified.
Taking a swipe at opposition parties, Saraogi accused them of making grand promises during elections only to vanish afterward. In contrast, BJP is delivering tangible results on development and security fronts, he highlighted. As Bihar gears up for potential shifts, all eyes are on the unfolding developments.
