Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav was involved in a road accident in Vaishali district on Saturday. A truck collided with several vehicles in his convoy near Goraul on the Patna-Muzaffarpur highway. Yadav was not in his vehicle at the time of the crash; he was taking a tea break. Three of his security personnel were injured and received immediate medical attention. The truck driver was arrested, and the authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. This incident has brought to light concerns about the safety of political leaders traveling on Bihar’s roads, especially at night. Yadav, after visiting the injured officials, is back to his normal routine and has assured everyone of his safety.
