The swift action freed the victims on the spot.
Those arrested include Neeraj Kumar and Mukesh Sahni, both locals from Vaishali district, and Mahesh Mahto from Saran district. Seized items comprised five mobile phones, Rs 2,040 in cash, three receipts, a register, and a watch. A case has been registered at Vaishali police station, with investigations ongoing.
In a parallel crackdown, Rohtas police raided a red-light area in Bikramganj, causing a stir. Officers spotted women dancing and singing in Dhangai village, detaining six individuals, including four adult women linked to orchestra performances at social events like weddings. SDPO Sindhu Shekhar Singh confirmed this as part of routine operations, with probes continuing to ensure public safety and compliance with laws.
