Patna, Bihar – In a shocking development, police have registered an FIR in the death of a NEET aspirant found in a city hostel, with her family alleging a sinister murder plot involving mental harassment.
The incident unfolded at Perfect Girls Hostel under Gandhi Maidan police station limits. The student, hailing from Aurangabad district, was discovered deceased on January 6. Her father lodged the FIR, pointing fingers at a young man and his associates for orchestrating a conspiracy that led to her demise.
Dismissing police claims of suicide, the grieving father insisted his daughter was subjected to relentless psychological torment, culminating in her killing. He demanded a thorough, impartial probe to uncover the truth.
Initial post-mortem reports suggested suicide, but the family remains unconvinced. Authorities recovered a handwritten note and a mobile phone from her room, both sent for forensic analysis alongside her clothes.
Central SP Diksha confirmed the arrest of the prime accused, who was reportedly present at the scene and had prior contact with the victim. Interrogations are ongoing, with technical evidence being gathered to piece together the timeline.
Forensic teams scoured the site meticulously, ensuring no stone is left unturned. The police are also scrutinizing claims against other individuals named by the family.
This case highlights the mounting pressures on competitive exam students, raising questions about safety in coaching hostels. As investigations deepen, the nation watches closely for justice in this heartbreaking saga.
