Union Minister Chirag Paswan commented on Rahul Gandhi’s statements regarding the elections, asserting that Gandhi has already conceded defeat in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. Paswan criticized Gandhi’s approach, suggesting he should focus on internal issues within the Congress party. He argued that Gandhi’s accusations against the Election Commission and concerns about EVMs are indicators of a preemptive acceptance of loss. Paswan also predicted losses for the Congress in other states, including Assam and Bengal, after the Bihar elections. Tejashwi Yadav, a Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader, supported Rahul Gandhi’s criticism of the Election Commission of India (ECI), alleging that the BJP is manipulating constitutional bodies. Yadav pointed out that the BJP’s IT Cell appears to be privy to election schedules before the official announcements. Rahul Gandhi has previously questioned the ECI’s response to his allegations concerning the Maharashtra polls.
