Bareilly Violence: FIR Claims Planned Conspiracy and Alleged Incitement by Tauqeer Raza

The FIR alleges that the crowd fired at the police with illegal weapons with the intention to kill. The rioters snatched batons from the police and attacked them, tearing off their badges. Petrol bombs in glass bottles were thrown at the police, injuring several officers. Sharp weapons were used to attack the police, resulting in injuries to several officers. The FIR revealed that the Bareilly violence was carried out as part of a pre-planned conspiracy. The IMC chief, Tauqeer Raza, along with Nadeem and other IMC officials, planned and deliberately executed the violence. Following the violence, the police recovered a large number of illegal weapons from the scene, which were used to attack the police.
