A senseless act of violence claimed the life of an Army jawan, Jignesh Chaudhary, on the Sabarmati Express. The soldier, returning home to Sabarmati, Gujarat from his posting in Udhampur, was allegedly stabbed by train attendant Zubair Memon after a disagreement over a bedsheet. The incident, which occurred in an AC coach, reportedly escalated from a verbal argument to a physical assault. Chaudhary sustained a stab wound to his leg, which tragically proved fatal due to excessive blood loss. The Bikaner Railway Police have secured an arrest, taking Zubair Memon into custody. This unfortunate event serves as a stark reminder of the fragility of life and the need for de-escalation in tense situations.
