New Delhi is set to welcome nature lovers as the iconic Amrit Udyan at Rashtrapati Bhavan throws open its gates to the public starting February 3, 2026. This sprawling garden, renowned for its lush greenery and vibrant floral displays, will remain accessible until March 31, 2026, offering visitors a serene escape amid the city’s hustle.

The garden operates six days a week, from 10 AM to 6 PM daily, with the last entry permitted at 5:15 PM. It will be closed every Monday for maintenance, and additionally on March 4 due to Holi celebrations. Best of all, entry is completely free—no tickets required.

Booking your visit is straightforward via the official Rashtrapati Bhavan website. For those preferring spontaneity, walk-in options are available through self-service kiosks at the entry gate, making registration quick and hassle-free.

All visitors must enter and exit via Gate No. 35, located near North Avenue, ensuring smooth crowd management. To enhance accessibility, a dedicated shuttle bus service runs from Central Secretariat Metro Station to the gate every 30 minutes, from 9:30 AM to 6 PM. These buses are clearly marked ‘Shuttle Service for Amrit Udyan’ for easy identification.
