The deceased included 181 Indian citizens and 52 from the UK. The Tata Group, owner of Air India, had previously offered compensation. The legal team is currently reviewing initial settlement offers from Air India’s insurer, Tata AIG. Legal filings are anticipated after a comprehensive investigation.
