Patna is set to shine on the global stage as Aditya Singh Sudarshan, a prominent figure in social initiatives, has been appointed as Bihar’s ambassador for the prestigious Pan-IIT Global Leadership Summit 2026. Scheduled for June 20-21 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi, this landmark event marks the first time Bihar will feature a grand pavilion on an international platform.
Under the leadership of Chair Gaurav Goyal and Co-Chair Ashish Shandilya, the summit will bring together top minds from IIT alumni worldwide. Aditya Singh Sudarshan will lead Bihar’s representation, engaging directly with over 600 major global funds and investment firms, including giants like BlackRock and Blackstone. His mission is clear: showcase Bihar’s untapped potential and invite these powerhouses to establish large-scale industries in the state.
More than 40 countries’ top diplomats will attend, and Aditya will host them, forging strong diplomatic and trade ties. This initiative is poised to position Bihar at the heart of global diplomacy and industry. ‘Bihar’s talent is already powering the world,’ Aditya shared his vision. ‘My dream is for that talent to power Bihar itself, transforming it into India’s largest commercial hub. By bringing top global companies here, we’ll halt migration and provide world-class jobs right at home for our youth.’
Aditya’s role underscores Bihar’s ambition to leapfrog into economic prominence. The summit promises to unite IIT alumni from across the globe, strengthening India’s leadership on the world stage. As preparations ramp up, all eyes are on how Bihar leverages this opportunity to redefine its future.
