11 injured as terrorists hurl grenade at safety forces in J&K’s Srinagar

SRINAGAR: A minimum of 11 other people, together with a policeman, had been injured after terrorists hurled a grenade at safety forces within the Hari Singh Top Boulevard locality of the town right here on Sunday, police stated.

“At about 4:20 pm, terrorists hurled a grenade upon police and safety forces deployment at Hari Singh Top Boulevard,” a police reliable stated.

He stated a policeman and 10 civilians sustained splinter accidents within the explosion.

The injured had been rushed to the Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) health center right here, he added.

The world has been cordoned off and a hunt introduced to nab the culprits, the reliable stated.
