Couple refused to take 6 months cooling of period
The court has demanded that a six -month cooling period will be exempted for divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. Yuzvendra Chahal (Yuzvendra Chahal) and Dhanashree Verma have also refused to take a 6 -month cooling of period to save marriage. After this, the Bombay High Court has approved the petition to waive the 6 -month cooling of period.
Tomorrow may be decided on divorce
A single bench of Justice Madhav Jamdar said that Yuzvendra Chahal (Yuzvendra Chahal) will not be available from March 21, as they have to participate in the IPL. Therefore, it is believed that the final decision will be taken on the divorce of both of them i.e. tomorrow.
