Bollywood actor and previous BJP MP Paresh Rawal has been summoned on December 12 through Kolkata Police over his debatable “prepare dinner fish for Bengalis” commentary at a rally forward of Gujarat election, ANI reported. The veteran actor was once booked following a grievance through CPI(M) Bengal state secretary Mohammed Salim, who accused Rawal of creating the speech “to impress riots” and “ruin the cohesion between Bengali group and different communities around the nation”.
After Md Salim submitted a grievance towards Rawal on the Taltala police station on December 1, a case was once registered below sections 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to reason rebellion), 153A (whoever intentionally or wantonly reasons or provokes any rebellion), 153B (imputation, assertions prejudicial to nationwide integration), 504 (intentional hobby with intent to impress breach of the peace) and 505 (with intent to reason, or which is more likely to reason) of the Indian Penal Code. In his grievance, Salim stated the insinuation made within the speech through Rawal was once sure to arouse emotions of hatred and unwell will amongst different communities towards Bengalis, IANS reported.

The second a part of ‘Cook dinner Fish like Bengalis is Have Brains like Bengalis’. Maximum Nobel laureates than another Indian state, good friend boy….”
