Pawan Kalyan’s ‘They Call Him OG’ has made a significant impact at the box office, with its latest collections indicating a strong performance. The film’s initial release was met with significant interest, though a decline in earnings followed. The film is performing well in India, though its appeal to the Hindi-speaking audience is yet to peak. Overseas, the film’s earnings have been consistent. ‘OG’ now presents a challenge to Rajinikanth’s ‘Kuli,’ the top-performing South Indian film of 2025. If ‘OG’ continues at this pace, it could potentially surpass ‘Kuli’s’ overall collections. The film’s rapid success has seen it exceed ₹200 crore within its first four days.

Prior to its release, ‘OG’ earned ₹21 crore through advance bookings and paid previews. On its opening day, the film earned ₹63.75 crore in India. The following days saw a stabilization in earnings, with the film earning ₹18.45 crore on Friday and ₹18.50 crore each on Saturday and Sunday, totaling ₹140.20 crore in India within four days. The gross collection in India has reached ₹164.35 crore. Overseas, the film has accumulated ₹55 crore, excluding the final day’s figures, bringing the worldwide total to ₹200 crore.

Rajinikanth’s ‘Kuli,’ the highest-grossing South Indian film of 2025, had a net collection of ₹284.84 crore in India, with a gross of ₹337.30 crore. Its overseas earnings were ₹179.7 crore, leading to a worldwide total of ₹517 crore. ‘OG’s’ performance in the coming weekdays will be vital in its attempt to break Rajinikanth’s record. ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ is also a potential threat to ‘OG’.
