A legal dispute has emerged concerning the disclosure of assets belonging to the late Sunjay Kapur. His widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur, has filed a plea with the Delhi High Court seeking to keep details of his personal assets confidential. She has asked that the information be submitted in a sealed envelope and that all parties involved, including Kapur’s children from his first marriage to Karisma Kapoor, and his mother, Rani Kapur, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Sachdev has also suggested creating a Confidentiality Club to limit access to specific representatives. The court had previously ordered Priya to provide a detailed statement of Kapur’s assets and liabilities as of June 12. The court will be deciding an important aspect regarding this information being kept confidential in partition matters.
