Mumbai, July 28 – BJP MP and actress Kangna Ranawat sparked fresh debate after posting a fiery Instagram story aimed at recent demonstrators. She warned that anyone who raises a voice in public must also be ready to face the consequences. Ranawat highlighted incidents where protestors have clashed with civilians, used vulgar language, and damaged public property, insisting that such behaviour invites an equal response from the community.
The star wrote, “Those on the streets who face insults and beatings are suffering because of their own crude and indecent reels. When you speak, you must also listen.” She went on to say that damaging public assets will bring public backlash, and that citizens who voted for the current government also have a right to be heard.
“Now there is nothing left to cry over. Every action has an opposite reaction,” Ranawat declared, adding that those who have not grasped cause and effect should soon learn it.
Ranawat’s remarks are tied to a student movement that has been trending on social media with several viral videos. She has repeatedly criticized the language and tactics of protestors, labeling some of them as “generation gutter” and expressing disgust at the aggressive tone of the videos.
The actress emphasized that respect for public discourse and property is essential, and she urged the youth to consider the impact of their actions on the nation.
