Salman Khan is currently in the spotlight. On one hand, he’s gearing up for the launch of Bigg Boss 19, and on the other, his movie ‘Battle of Galwan’ has begun filming. Fans eagerly anticipating the Bigg Boss 19 grand premiere this weekend also received a first glimpse from the film’s set. A new image from the set has confirmed that the superstar has started shooting the much-awaited war drama in Ladakh.

Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is expected to be a grand patriotic story. The news broke with an image of Salman Khan from the Ladakh set. The image quickly spread across the internet, with fans and industry insiders offering their congratulations.

The Ladakh shooting underscores the vast scale of the Galwan battle. This challenging location suggests that the movie will have impactful action scenes. Film analyst Taran Adarsh commented that Salman Khan’s “strong presence will elevate this patriotic story.” The released image has created considerable excitement among fans.

‘Battle of Galwan’ is inspired by the June 2020 conflict in the Galwan Valley between Indian and Chinese soldiers. The film portrays the bravery and sacrifices of the Indian soldiers defending the country’s borders. Salman Khan will portray the powerful role of Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, a commanding officer posthumously honored with the Maha Vir Chakra, India’s second-highest wartime gallantry award, for his remarkable courage.
