The film showcases performances across multiple languages, with Telugu contributing Rs 10 crore, Tamil Rs 4.5 crore, Hindi Rs 0.23 crore, and Kannada Rs 0.02 crore. The overall two-day total is Rs 30.75 crore.
Director Sekhar Kammula admitted his initial hesitation in approaching Dhanush with the film’s narrative. Jim Sarbh’s commitment to learning Telugu for his role underlines the effort invested in the production.
