The clash between Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s ‘War 2’ and Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’, which released on August 14, 2025, created significant buzz at the box office. Both films were highly anticipated and experienced successful openings, generating impressive revenues and establishing themselves as major releases. Following a strong first week where both movies exceeded Rs 200 crore, the competition continued into the second weekend, with both blockbusters aiming for further records.
