Amaal Mallik is sharing personal details on Bigg Boss 19. He spoke about a widely shared social media post where he announced a separation from his family. He told Zeeshan Qadri the post was a result of a major fight with his mother. He said, “I was depressed. I had severed ties with my family… I was feeling a crisis of identity. I was making all the songs, but no one acknowledged me.” He added, discussing his serious breakup: “Mom and I had a big argument that day. I posted that I had no relationship with anyone. My tweets or anything I say is misconstrued, causing problems for my father, my brother Armaan, and questioning my mother’s upbringing. I said, you three change your surname, or I will change mine.”
