With global anticipation at its peak, ‘Alice In Borderland Season 3’ promises to be a highlight on Netflix. The series has garnered international acclaim, setting a new standard for live-action adaptations. Here is a preview of what to expect before the release of ‘Alice In Borderland Season 3’.

Mark your calendars for September 25, 2025, as that’s when ‘Alice In Borderland Season 3’ will premiere on Netflix.

The cast includes Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya as the main leads. Supporting roles are played by Hayato Isomura, Ayaka Miyoshi, Katsuya Maiguma, Koji Ohkura, Risa Sudou, Hiroyuki Ikeuchi, Tina Tamashiro, Kotaro Daigo, Hyunri, Sakura Kiryu, Yugo Mikawa, Joey Iwanaga, Akana Ikeda, and Kento Kaku.

Kento Yamazaki, who plays Arisu, discussed his experience in the latest season. He shared his thoughts on the dynamic shifts: “Since Arisu and Usagi are split into separate teams, I found it interesting to see the different atmospheres and character dynamics within each group. Over the seasons, the characters have become so beloved by fans, and I think that’s why the audience can really empathise with them during the life-or-death moments.”

Tao Tsuchiya, portraying Usagi, spoke about her preparation. She explained, “Everything Usagi has experienced in the past seasons is now part of her story, so whenever I needed to, I would go back and rewatch Seasons 1 and 2. With Season 3 featuring an original story, I felt it was important to approach this role with everything that’s happened so far in mind.” She added, “As the players become more desperate, everyone’s performances become more intense and dramatic. I think this game really captures the essence of Alice in Borderland — it’s about life and death, and about discovering how you truly want to live.”

Shinsuke Sato directs the series, which is based on the manga ‘Alice in Borderland’ by Haro Aso, published by Shogakukan. The upcoming season explores Arisu and Usagi’s life after the events of Season 2. Now married, they’ve forgotten the harrowing games, only to be confronted by them once more when the Joker card appears.
