In previous interviews, she had addressed the topic, acknowledging her age. However, she has now revealed her true age.
In an interview, Aamrapali Dubey discussed the inaccuracies surrounding her age, stating, “I was born on January 11, 1992, but there was a major error regarding my date of birth on Wikipedia. Even my elder sister, Aanchal Dubey, has faced a similar issue with a few years being added to her age. She makes fun of me all the time.”
When questioned about the 1987 birth year listed on Wikipedia, Dubey confirmed it was incorrect, saying, “Yes, absolutely. It doesn’t affect me personally, but the film industry I work in is very age-conscious when it comes to roles. Older male actors are often cast opposite younger actresses, while actresses of the same age are sometimes relegated to playing the hero’s sister or mother as they get older. Therefore, an actress’s age plays a significant role in the film industry, which is why it’s important to me.” Based on the date of birth she provided, Aamrapali Dubey is currently 33 years old.
Aamrapali Dubey’s acting career began with the TV serial ‘Saat Phere,’ which aired on Zee TV in 2005.
