Reports reveal that Aamir Khan reviewed the script for ‘Dadasaheb Phalke’ presented by Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi. Khan believed the script lacked the essential qualities needed for a successful theatrical release. He anticipated a blend of comedy and emotion, similar to his previous hits, but the script did not deliver this. He was reportedly not satisfied with the script, leading him to request Rajkumar Hirani to rewrite and resubmit.
Rajkumar Hirani was reportedly surprised by Aamir’s feedback. Abhijat Joshi also expressed shock at the situation. Production for this film was slated to begin in October.
