The central government has made performance a parameter in budget allocation for schemes. In such a situation, Uttar Pradesh being the largest state in terms of population, is also responsible for the smooth functioning of the budget and schemes.

All the Additional Chief Secretaries and Principal Secretaries have been directed by the Chief Minister to increase the participation of the state in central schemes by communicating with the concerned ministry in the Government of India along with their departmental ministers.

Big responsibility to the ministers in charge

Along with the election management membership campaign, the ministers in charge have also been given the responsibility to keep taking the progress report of the schemes run by the center from the officials. Along with this, the Chief Minister has also ordered all the ministers in charge to visit the state for about 2 days every month.

Core committees have also been formed in all districts. Also, orders have been given by the Chief Minister to all the officers associated with the program in the district to be present during the visit of the ministers in charge and to inform the minister in charge about the progress of the department.

UP News: Quick resolution of land disputes is the priority

Often, the Chief Minister has given instructions that the cases related to land disputes in villages or cities like transfer, measurement, land use change, inheritance etc. should not remain pending under any circumstances.

So far, the police have attached properties worth thousand crores of mafia Atiq Ahmed. In this sequence, on Friday, Prayagraj’s Cantt police attached another valuable land of mafia Atiq under the Gangster Act. The police put up an attachment board on this land and informed the people about the attachment through the mike.

Shyam himself told the police that he used to work as a cleaner in the house of real brothers Javed and Kamran, residents of Atrasuiya. It was alleged that both were close to Atiq Ahmed. Atiq and Ashraf, along with their acquaintance Faraz and another, forcibly got the benami properties registered in his name. He was held hostage and made to sign. After the death of Atiq and Ashraf, pressure was put on him to transfer the said properties in their name. DCP Nagar Abhishek Bharti said that on the orders of the Police Commissioner Court, both the properties have been confiscated under the Gangster Act. According to the Additional DCP, Atiq’s illegal properties were revealed in the investigation of the Cantt Police. Atiq had got it registered in the name of someone else.

Let us tell you that under the leadership of former DCP Nagar Deepak Bhukar, the city zone police took swift action on the benami properties of notorious mafia Atiq Ahmed and mafia Ashraf. Atiq’s property worth 12.50 crores located in Gauspur Kathula of Airport police station area was also confiscated under the leadership of Deepak Bhukar. Not only this, for the first time this property was vested in the government through effective lobbying. Earlier, all the properties of Atiq were confiscated under the Gangster Act, but none of them could be vested in the government.
