  • When NCERT changed the Ayodhya chapter in the 12th class book, Ram Mandir’s chief priest Satyendra Das got angry, know what he said? NCERT director also said something big

NCERT Textbook Syllabus Controversy: NCERT has made many major changes regarding Ram Mandir and Babri Masjid in the new book of Political Science for class 12. Changes have been made in the description of important events related to the Ayodhya movement in the book. Now the chief priest of Ram Mandir, Satyendra Das Maharaj has given his opinion on this.

Judge Sir! Wife wakes up late, doesn’t cook food… I want a divorce, then the NSG inspector husband was shocked to hear the verdict given by the court

The chief priest of Ram Mandir said that he does not consider this change to be correct. According to him, there are some ‘shortcomings’ in the new NCERT textbook regarding the Babri Masjid issue. Satyendra Das said that the book does not explain how the three-domed structure was demolished on December 6, 1992. They are starting to explain the issue in the book only from November 9, 2019, when the Ayodhya verdict was given.

Big disclosure in NEET-UG Paper Leak: Pay 30 lakhs and get NEET paper, EOU gets 6 post dated cheques

The head priest of the Ram temple said that the book does not contain details of the events of December 6, 1992, when the Babri Masjid was demolished. The book also does not mention December 22, 1949, when the idol of Lord Ram Lalla appeared in the mosque premises.

The name of Babri Masjid is also missing from the book… In the 12th class book of NCERT, instead of mosque, a ‘three-domed structure’ was written, Ayodhya is mentioned in only 2 pages instead of 4

    These changes have been made

Let us tell you that the name of Babri Masjid has been removed from the NCERT Class 12th Political Science book. In this book, instead of mosque, ‘three-domed structure’ has been written. Ayodhya has been mentioned on only 2 pages instead of 4. Apart from Babri Masjid, some chapters related to Hindutva politics, 2002 Gujarat riots and minorities have been removed from the book. The chapter on Ayodhya includes BJP’s Rath Yatra from Somnath to Ayodhya, the role of Kar Sevaks, the violence that took place after the demolition of Babri Masjid, President’s rule as well as BJP’s regret.

Monsoon Update: There is going to be heavy rain in these states, there will be relief from the scorching heat, IMD gave good news

Lessons like violence and destruction are not necessary in schools: NCERT Director Saklani

On the other hand, the director of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Dinesh Saklani, has answered many important questions and changes in the syllabus quite frankly. He said in an interview, the aim of education is not to create violent and indifferent citizens. In response to a question, he asked, why should we teach students about riots? On the changes made in the books related to Gujarat riots, Babri Masjid etc., the NCERT chief said, revision of textbooks is a global practice, it is in the interest of education. He said that it is not necessary to teach school children about violent and barbaric incidents in history, therefore many important changes have been made on the basis of evidence and facts.

TDP’s condition regarding Lok Sabha Speaker increased BJP’s tension, what will Nitish do now?

NCERT director Dinesh Prasad Saklani has completely rejected the allegations of saffronisation of the curriculum in schools. He said, no such effort is being made. All changes in the textbooks are being made on the basis of evidence and facts. He said that it is not necessary to teach school children about the violence that took place in history, so changes have been made in many lessons.
